Terms of Use

 These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the conditions under which you may use ("the App"), developed by Surraia Parveen ("the Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. License

1.1. The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

1.2. This license is granted solely for use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and only as permitted by the Usage Rules outlined in the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

2.1. You are not permitted to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create any derivative works from the App.

2.2. You may not rent, lease, sell, lend, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the App or any rights granted under these Terms.

2.3. Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the App is strictly prohibited.

3. User Content

3.1. The App may allow users to upload, share, or store content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with your User Content.

3.2. By submitting or uploading User Content, you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform that content in connection with operating and improving the App.

3.3. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the User Content and to grant the license described above.

4. Privacy

4.1. Your privacy is important to us. The Developer handles all personal data in line with the app’s Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this policy and confirm that any information you provide is accurate.

5. Updates

5.1. The Developer may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App periodically. These updates may be required for compatibility, performance improvements, or access to new features.

6. Termination

6.1. These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or the Developer. Your rights will automatically terminate if you violate any provision of these Terms.

6.2. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

7.1. THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], excluding any conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be determined at the sole discretion of the Developer and made available through the App or associated platforms.
